Wholesome Chocolaty Milk
If your children are like most, Christmas comes with an overdose of chocolate and sweets! As well as being fun and simple to make, this recipe gives you the best chocolaty flavours but with no added sugar. It’s also a way of sneaking in a portion of fruit as well as some plant based protein and the undoubted goodness of whole dairy milk.
Ingredients
250ml of whole milk
1 ripe Banana
1 tablespoon of peanut butter (we used Manilife Peanut Butter for it’s 100% natural ingredients)\
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of Madagascan vanilla extract
2-3 ice cubes
Method
Please all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
